Welcome back to the stash busting challenge! Today I’m sharing this flower thank you card that busts through some of my scrapbook paper.

Earlier this month, my family and I went on a trip to Vancouver Island. We stayed with family for apart of the trip and I thought this card would be a great way to show our appreciation.
I love the way the flower thank you card turned out! It’s perfect for the recipients too. My uncle was a navigator before retirement and his wife loves gardening. Did you spot the airplanes on the yellow paper?
This is the first card that I have shared on the blog so I decided to play it safe and use a card kit that I found in the Silhouette Design Store. I then used my Silhouette CAMEO to cut the project. For my own special touch, I added a light brown ribbon and a “thank you” saying to the front of the card. I also used pop dots to add some dimension.

It took a matter of minutes to assemble the card.

I curled the ends of the flower with a pencil to add even more dimension.
